ACCA Webinars increase audience engagement by up to 90% compared to traditional video formats, while generating qualified leads and establishing your organisation as a thought leader.
01
Connect with 257,900 members and 530,100 future members across 180 countries — all actively encouraged to attend partner events.
02
No venue, travel, or print costs. ACCA provides a professional digital producer and moderator as part of the service.
03
Live polls, Q&A, panel discussions, and resource sharing keep your audience actively engaged throughout the session.
04
Full ON24 engagement analytics and a list of opted-in leads delivered within one working day of your event.
05
Position your organisation as a subject matter expert to a large, qualified finance audience.
06
All ACCA webinars remain available on-demand, extending your content's reach well beyond the live broadcast date.
ON24 PLATFORM
The ON24 Webcast Elite Platform
Award-winning, data-rich webinar software — used by ACCA to power every partner webinar. ON24 Webcast Elite is the platform behind every ACCA partner webinar. It is designed to create engaging digital experiences that bring audience interactivity and real-time insights together in one place — making it easier than ever to connect with your audience and measure the impact of your session.
Speakers join via a simple presenter link. The green room environment means you can test everything — slides, audio, camera — before going live, with ACCA's team on hand throughout.
Built-in tools for live polls, Q&A, and resource sharing keep your audience actively participating rather than passively watching.
ON24 provides the most comprehensive analytical software available for webinars — tracking attendance, engagement time, poll responses, resource clicks, and more.
Every webinar is automatically available on-demand after the live broadcast, with the same engagement tracking continuing to capture data from subsequent viewers.
TIMELINE
Planning your webinar
Effective planning starts a minimum of 8 weeks before your event date.
8
WEEKS BEFORE
Define your objectives: lead generation, brand awareness, product promotion, or training.
Identify your target audience — their sector, seniority, geography, and key pain points.
Choose the best time slot. Midweek, 11am–3pm (UK) typically delivers the strongest attendance.
Select knowledgeable, engaging speakers and gather their full bios and photos.
6-8
WEEKS BEFORE
Complete and submit the ACCA webinar registration template (download below).
ACCA will build the live registration page within 2 working days of receiving your form.
Once registrations open the page cannot be amended — submit carefully.
6
WEEKS BEFORE
Start email marketing and social media campaigns.
ACCA will send a minimum of two rounds of promotional emails — expect 20–30% open rates and 2–5% click-through to the registration page.
Supplementary advertising (display banners, direct emails) can be booked separately.
10
DAYS BEFORE
Send your finalised PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) or PDF presentation to ACCA.
Provide 2–3 poll questions and a set of seed questions to kick off Q&A.
30
MINUTES BEFORE
ACCA meets all presenters in the ON24 green room 30 minutes before going live — a quick technical check and introduction to the moderator. Access via your presenter link.
Start at least 8 weeks before your webinar. This lead time is essential to build the audience needed to generate real business value.
PRESENTATION
Creating engaging content
A well-crafted, interactive presentation directly increases ROI and lead conversion from your event.
PRESENTATION CHECKLIST
Create a logical outline and story arc. Avoid over-scripting — natural delivery is more engaging.
Customise the deck to reflect your brand identity and create a professional impression.
Include 2–3 poll questions at strategic points and reserve 10–15 minutes for Q&A.
Focus on practical value and expert insights rather than heavy product promotion.
PowerPoint (PPT/PPTX) or PDF only. No Google Slides or Keynote.
Have 2–3 questions ready to kick off the Q&A in case the audience needs a prompt.
TIPS FOR INTERACTIVE WEBINARS

Polls and surveys
Use as icebreakers, to illustrate key points, or to test audience knowledge.
Consistent branding
Visual hierarchy and brand consistency make your presentation easier to follow and more credible.

ON THE DAY
Hosting a successful webinar
What to expect — and how ACCA supports you throughout the live session.
01
Test your equipment, microphone, camera, and internet ahead of time. ACCA's team handles all ON24 platform setup.
02
All presenters join 30 minutes early via the presenter link for a dry run and to meet the ACCA moderator.
03
A professional ACCA moderator manages the session, facilitates Q&A, and ensures a polished experience throughout.
04
Run live polls, take Q&A, and share documents, URLs, and resources via the ON24 Resource List tool in real time.
05
Focus on expert insights and practical takeaways. Educational sessions consistently outperform overt sales pitches.
